Sizing

When measuring for your new Buddy Sling please follow these simple directions:

  1. Start at the top corner of your shoulder (this is where the sling will rest on your shoulder once the sling is on)
  2. Go across your chest (over your opposite breast)
  3. To the middle of your hip bone (this point will be the area where the babies bottom will sit in the sling when on the hip)
  4. Once you have your measurement you will want to add one inch for extra wiggle room for the baby (ex: my measurement is 26 + 1 = sling size 27)

A few tips to help you:

  1. If you don’t have a tape measurer to help you, you may use a string and measure the string against a ruler.
  2. You will want to measure three or four times because we have discovered that with each measurement you may get a different number.
  3. You really want to measure versus using the guide below, every body type is different what size fits one person won’t fit someone else. The guide is more for gift giving.
  4. If you are with child you can still take your measurement, your growing belly shouldn’t get in the way enough to affect your sizing. However, keep in mind that the sling may not fit properly until the baby comes do to the growing belly will get in the way of the sling.
